EU Legal Warranty of Conformity All LUDUVICE Jewelry products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771, as implemented in Portuguese consumer law.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Non-conformity with the product description
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling or accidents
- Contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or water
- Scratches, discoloration, or oxidation
- Broken pieces due to impact
- Alterations or repairs made by unauthorised parties
- Natural skin acidity causing changes in colour
Your rights under the warranty: If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, you are entitled to:
- Repair, or
- Replacement, or
- A price reduction, or
- A full refund, if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate
