Return Policy & EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
Returns are accepted if:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Legal exceptions: For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping costs:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective
- In case of a defective product, return shipping is free of charge
Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the original payment method.

Manufacturing defects: LUDUVICE Jewelry offers a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
